Have Several Amanda Bushes, All Of Sudden They Have <leaves That Look Wilted, Blooms That Don't Produce A Nice Full Yellow Flower

, some leaves appear to have discolor around the edges I live in a pretty warm climate but the real warm days has not gotten here

I'm thinking you mean allamanda, so I'm sending you a link for an article about how to care for it. It would probably respond to a few treatments with neem oil. Check your growing conditions with this article:
