Q.have just added ice orchids
Told after I bought that the color will be white when it comes back to life. If so, what can I do to keep the purple color?

The purple probably is not natural to the orchid. The purple orchids are most likely injected with a purple color product. I think this is why you were told it would be white when it comes back to life.
However, when I went to the official "Just Add Ice" orchid website, they are suggesting that the colors are most brilliant on a Just Add Ice Orchid due to the lighting conditions in the greenhouse and that they will fade in the lower light conditions in your home. They suggest keeping your orchid in a location which has plenty of bright in-direct sunlight.
