Q.Have I Damaged Ajuga By Spraying Them With A Hot Sauce Recipe?
I read online that a spray consisting of water, Tabasco, cayenne and chili powder will keep deer and rabbits away from this plant—and it has. However, I think the spray has also killed the flowers and faded some of the foliage. I stopped applying that spray. Have I ruined the flowers of these plants by using this concoction? Should I use a different spray? Thank you. First time using this app and I like it!

You might try a less potent spray like a mixture of egg and water, which is described in the article below. New flowers and foliage should be alright.
