Fruitless Mulberry (30 Yrs Old) With Large Exposed Root Above Ground

Need room to place surrounding deck posts. Or, how big a circle must be provided for the tree if placing a concrete patio around it?

Mulberry trees have large root systems that are known for heaving concrete. If putting a concrete patio, I’d leave an 8-10′ diameter circle.
