Q.Have Both Rennello And D’Espallette Peppers With 4 To 6 Inch Dark Green Fruits.
Do I harvest them green or leave them on the vine to turn red? Will they ripen to red if off the vine

Peppers can be harvested before they are mature. If left on the vine, sweet peppers become sweeter and hot peppers become hotter. If you want the color change, leave them on the vine to continue ripening. Harvest them as soon as they turn the desired color. They don't ripen off the vine.
