Q.Have A Christmas Catcus That Was Passed From My Grandmother, Cuttings To Mom And Then From My Sister Then To Me, Probably 50 + Y

ears old. I cannot get it to bloom, my sisters has bloomed beautifully. I live in Fl, everyone else lived in Mn. please help. ars old i Live in sunny house, I put in darker hallway for awhile did not seem to help. Gave fertilizer also

The cooler air of fall and shorter day length prompts blooming. For the 12 hours of darkness, leave the plant in a room that you don't use in the evening (no lights on). It should get bright light during the day. Here is more:
