Q.Have 3 inch orange fluke with white (like garlic size) under the mulch. Flies are all around it, what is this? Should I take all

They are called stinkhorns, and they come in many shapes and sizes. They all have one thing in common... The small egg like structures under the soil. This will give positive ID. These mushrooms will cause no harm, and will usually just resolve themselves on their own over time.
