Anonymous added on June 29, 2013 | Answered

Living in hot Texas, can you harvest in spring, then cut down in summer, and harvest in fall? Bed is 3 years old and produced nicely in spring.

asparagus is best harvested in spring, then left to mature. This article explains: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/asparagus/growing-asparagus.htm
