Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe planted 2 yr roots last year. They went to fern, died after frost. We mulched the area. This spring (March) they came up. Some we cut but the others came up too slim to pick but continue to grow tall and develop fern growth. Should we allow these to go into fern for the rest of the season or cut them back?
