Hibiscus Plants

Hardy Hibiscus Diseases

Anonymous added on June 17, 2011 | Answered

I live on Long Island in New York and have a hardy hibiscus. It is not a tropical hibiscus. I cut it down to the ground in the fall. Last year I discovered something eating the green leaves, and this year it seems worse! I imagine they are spider mites, but how can I get rid of them? I'm afraid I won't get any flowers this year because the leaves are disappearing. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
