Q.Guava
We have a small Guava (at this point in time) in which the roots have gone through the plastic pot and into the ground. We have some doubts. One is how should we bury it in the ground from the pot that it is yet in? Two, will it have long, large and strong roots that will eventually crack walls or foundations?

As long as the tree gets enough water and has enough room, it should not be a danger to the foundation.
As for planting it, you can either try to dig up the roots and then break the pot off the rootball (which will be best for the plant but may be difficult to do) or you can cut the roots that are in the ground and then simply replant the tree (this will increase the chances of transplant shock).
