Grubs in My Veggie Garden

I have found in our veggie garden soil some grubs. They looked more like large caterpillars than grass grubs so I’m not sure what they are. What would be a good natural way to get rid of them as I do have veggies in that bed already.

They can be treated with products containing Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), a natural bacteria that kill worms without harming plants. Neem oil may be helpful as well.
