Grubs

Question

I saw on tv that putting half empty bottles of beer will eliminate grubs. When do you put this out?

I don't know how well this works on grubs, though it is effective with slugs. Leave the half bottles or a pan of beer nearby overnight. If it works, you will find a few of these pests in the beer the following morning.
