growth rate of a variegata giant dogwood

looking to purchase a VG Dogwood but want something somewhat fast growing. Can you tell me the average yearly growth rate?

This is listed as a fast-growing tree, but there are many conditions that will affect it, including your soil, the climate, the weather and general health of the tree. You may be able to expect one or two feet per year in optimal conditions but there's no guarantee.
