Growth of fruits on my balcony pants

Question

I have one pomegranate and two capsicum plants in pots. Pomegranate has two small fruits on it since last two months and not growing further. Similarly capsicum has few fruits but growth is very slow. Like to speak to you if you can help.

That soil appears to be ground soil. This is not suitable for container, as it is too thick, and will not function properly in container. I would suggest, either making your own potting mix, or getting a good potting mix. This would be the cause of these symptoms.
