Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI purchased this plant because my husband loved it. Planted it with some other hosta’s and read up on it after planting. found it would grow 8 feet tall and 8 feet wide. I dug a whole 3 times the size of it and put it in the ground. as it grows it will have to work its way thru clay and serpentine. with that in mind do I have to worry about it getting as big as they say, or will its growth be stunted??

It has dense growth to 3 to 5 feet tall by 4-6 feet wide.
Growth may be a bit less if exposed to coastal winds.
