Growing Tomatoes from Seed

My tomato seeds came up within a 5-day period and are about 3 weeks old. They get to 2″ tall and stop growing. What am I doing wrong? I have fed them Miracle Gro, and they are in my washroom under a fluorescent light all the time.

Are they falling over or dying? It could be that they are dampening off. This article has more information on that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/seeds/what-is-damping-off.htm ^[1] If you don’t think it is damping off, please let us know what happens when they stop growing, do they change color, die or something else?
