Growing Sugar Apple

We live in Stockton, CA, Zone 9 and wish to grow a sugar apple tree in a greenhouse at least 8 ft height. We will keep the tree trimmed. Would we be able to do so and obtain fruit from the tree?

Yes, it will need annual pruning to maintain the height. Here is more:
