Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhat can I do about green and red bell pepper plants leaves that are withering and bugs are in the peppers? The peppers are decaying on the plants. I have the red pepper plant in a large planter. The green pepper plant is in a large homemade planter with other vegetables and has a drainage system. It seems both plants were doing fine, until recently, when we were getting lots of rain.
