Growing Plumbago Plants

How to Care for a Plumbago plant? Once I plant the seeds or seed, how often do I need to water it if I am trying to grow this shrub in a container indoors? Does it need a lot of sunlight? How many seeds do I need to place in the soil in order for it to grow? (city gal’)

Seeds can be sown in the spring.
55 to 65 degrees germination temperatures in seedling trays with good seedling mix and cover seeds lightly.
Do not allow them to dry out.
Plants grown from seeds may not flower for the first 2 years.
Cuttings is the best way to propagate.
