Q.Growing Mushrooms in Southern Texas

Anonymous added on September 12, 2011 | Answered

I live in southern Texas and would like to know if it is possible to grow mushrooms this far south? I was wondering if it is just too hot here to grow them and I do not want to go to all of the expense just to find out that they will not grow.

Most people prefer to grow them indoors. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/mushrooms/grow-mushrooms.htm
