Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI had a container that I had planted flower seeds in,,, well, they never came came up. During the summer months, I noticed that two maple tress have started growing,, they are now about 4 to 5 inches high. Do I leave them out side during the winter months, or do I bring them inside, and put in a sunny window?

This all depends on what type of maple it is, and what climate zone you are in. It would be best, if you are unsure, to bring it inside for its first winter. This will ensure that it survives.
