Growing kiwi plants

Question

Which is the best way to grow kiwi? I do have two male and one female plant. One plant is near the garden tap and the other two near the fence. Do they need lots of watering? How do I make them flower ?What is the fertilizer to use? The leaves are getting burnt on one of the plants.
