Growing Herbs

I would like to grow oregano and basil next to each other and rosemary and sage next to each other. Also, which herb is best for parsley to grown next to? Are these combinations ok?

As long as they all share similar growing conditions, then it’s fine to plant these next to one another. For additional information on companion planting with herbs, this article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/hgen/companion-planting-in-your-herb-garden.htm [1]

When we plant herbs, either in the ground or in containers, we take a few things into consideration. Color, moisture requirements, heigth, width, and leaf shape. We try to mix all the elements tohave a visually pleasing and interesting planting. (Unless, we are doing a “mono” planting, where everything is supposed to be similar)
