Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in the PNW, northern Oregon and planted my sarlic before our first frost. However it has been unseasonably warm here 60 degrees , my garlic has sprouted up abput 5 inches. When do I need to fertizie high nitrogen to my plants, withhout it being too early for plant developtment? Thank You
