Q.Growing Flowering Plants In Wet Summer Soil And Dry Winter Soil.
I live in central Florida. My soil is clay and sand. We have a lot of rain in the summer and the ground gets sopping wet. In the winter, it doesn’t rain very often and the ground gets hard and dry.
What kind of flowering bushes or even flowers can I grow year-round in such an environment?
Thanks for your answer.

Since you can't do much about the rain other than improve drainage on your property, but you can add water in winter, I would look for flowers, shrubs that prefer moist soil in hardiness zone 9b.
