Growing ficus Benjamina indoors during winter

I know during the shorter days during winter ficus will slow or completely stop growing. However, if provided the right intensity, duration (12-14 hours) and spectrum, will the tree continue to slowly grow during the winter months? Thanks.

It is best to allow the plants some dormant time.
