Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe are growing celery in our garden…it is coming along nicely…sometimes the leaves at the top of the stalks get yellow and wilty…the stalks are still green and strong and healthy…is it ok to cut the wilty leaves off? It makes the appearance of the plant nicer…thanks, Teresa

No, rooting in a planting medium is the way to propagate Lavender.
Placing in water will not be successful.
