Q.Growing Bell Pepper

Zone Kentucky | Scausey added on July 11, 2015 | Answered

I’ve planted my first garden this year, which I’m extremely excited about. However, I’ve had some difficulty with my peppers. The plants themselves are growing nicely but only banana pepper and a few jalapeƱos have been produced. I’ve had zero luck with my bell pepper. I did have one green bell pepper; however, it stayed really really small. Help!!

Try using Epsom Salt on your pepper plants.
Though you can mix it with water as the package directs, I usually just sprinkle 1/8 of a cup at the base of each plant and water in.
Do this once a week after the plants start blossoming.
