Growing Arabian tea Jasmine plant

Question

I bought Ohio Grown Arabian Tea Jasmine Plant – Maid of Orleans, online… Will it be good if I plant it outside (considering winter in spring hill TN). Or I should plant it in a pot indoor? What care I should take while planting.
Is this variety is Perennial?
