Greenhouse growing of vegetables

Can anyone recommend certain varieties of vegetables that would do well in my new 10′ x 20′ passive solar greenhouse? It will be finished in September and I would like to start some plants to have over winter. I live at 7800′ above sea level.

What you grow will depend on your growing zone, the temperatures in your greenhouse and what you would like to grow!
