Green torbay palm

I have a green torbay palm about 10 years old and 10 feet tall but it has never flowered is there any solutions i should try?

This plant does best in full sun to partial shade. It does best in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water.
This plant is not entirely hardy and can be damaged by cold, wind and wet weather. This can effect blooming.
Add mulch for winter protection.
