Q.green plant with mistletoe like bulbs

I have a green plant that I have had for about 12 years. In the last few years, pretty red bulbs started blooming on it. I keep it at work and am afraid to take it home for fear it will die. Quite a bit of light at work and do not know what the name of it is. Can you help me?
