Q.Green Mound Junipers
I have a very large juniper I want to divide and transplant into 3 new plants. Can this be done successfully?

Not unless you originally planted three of them. As I understand it, their branches spread out; they are not producing new plants as they spread. You can take semi-hardwood cuttings. Here is how:
