It depends on how healthy they are, how mature they already were, and the growing conditions in your garden. You should replenish your plants with new seeds just in case (you can always freeze or give away extra fresh beans).
Regardless of whether all or only some come back, you definitely need to get control of whatever ate them (it could also be rabbits). These articles may help you:
