Q.Got A 30 Year Old. Needs To Be Cut Back Heavily. How Far Down Can It Be Trimmed Down.. A 1/3 Or A Half.

I can't tell from the photo whether it is a vine or a fruit tree. It appears to be blooming/fruiting, so you need to wait till that is finished before pruning. Generally, do not prune more than 1/4 of a tree or shrub at any one time. You can be more severe on a vine.
