Q.Gooseberry Bush Decimated By Saw Fly
I have one gooseberry bush in a container. Last year I had approximately 10lbs of fruit, this year I have none as it has been stripped bare by Gooseberry Saw Fly caterpillar. How can I get rid of these and will my bush be OK for next year or should I destroy it?

Your plant should come back. Generally caterpillar damage does not kill the plant. Here is more:
