my cauiflower is yellow, don’t why but it’s a white type

My cauliflower turned yellow, not white, and it’s supposed to be white.

While cauliflower varieties can naturally be found in several colors, including yellow, if you purchased a white variety, it may need to be blanched to stay really white. Read more here: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/cauliflower/blanching-cauliflower.htm ^[1]
