Gladiolus from Last Year

I have gladiolus bulbs from last year. Are they any good?

No reason why they shouldn’t be as long as the bulbs are still hard rather than soft. If they’re soft or mushy, they have rotted and need to be thrown away. If they’re still nice and firm, go ahead and plant them.
