Gherkins

Question

I am growing gherkins and one plant is only producing yellow gherkins. They start yellow and grow and stay yellow and the whole plant is producing yellow gherkins. Any ideas?

There are some varieties of yellow cucumbers. Most cucumbers will turn yellow when ripe and most gardeners consider this over ripe.

My mother always referred to these as perfect for Sunshine Pickles.
