Tomato plants doing fine, but in the past I’ve not had much luck at getting a lot of fruit. What soil amendment do you recommend?

It sounds like there is too much nitrogen or not enough phosphorus and potassium in the soil. I would amend with, either, a 1/2 strength dilution of a bloom booster, or adding fresh well composted materials. It will be better to amend with something that only has phosphorus and potassium and not nitrogen though. Bone meal, for example, is an organic source of phosphorus.
