Get Rid of Palm Tree Seedlings in Yard

Question

My neighbor’s palm tree drops palm tree seeds in my yard. This year, several hundred palm seedlings have sprouted in my Bermuda grass yard. I have tried ‘kills weeds not grass’ to no avail. Short of digging up every one, is there another option?
