Q.Germinating Seeds From Plants
I want to use seeds from my bell pepper plants. How or what do I need to do to the seeds over the winter so I can use them in the next summer?

After you remove them from the pepper, lay the seeds out on a plate or a paper towel in a dry location. Give them a few days to dry out. After this, place the seeds into a paper envelop and store the seeds in a cool, dry place. Your fridge vegetable drawer works very well for store and has perfect conditions. Then, in the spring, the will be ready to plant. They should remain viable for at least 3 years if stored properly.
