Question

This year only one flower bloomed. Leaves are large green but now seem to have a soft white look
On them, is it mold? If so how do I correct it.

I'm not completely sure, but I think you are referring to the gerbera... This does seem to be a powdery mildew issue. You can use neem oil to kill off the disease. This is the most likely cause for your lack of flowering.
