My Gerbera cut flowers droop? why?

I have 2 gerbera flowers out of 3 in a bunch which have drooped. What can I do?

Tricks that I have used: use a floral wire inserted into the flower head and wrap remainder of wire around the stem. You can use a pin to prop up the floppy head or cut off the flower heads and float in a bowl.
