Actually, there are a couple things you can use. One would be silicone adhesive (available at most home and garden centers). You can also try using florist tape, which is fairly sticky and works well. Additionally, you can use a heavy weight gazing ball that will be less prone to blowing off. There are some that are filled with sand and quite heavy. You may opt to make one from an old bowling ball too, which would be somewhat heavy.
