Garlic Sprouting in My Kitchen

Question

The garlic I bought for our eating is sprouting the cutest green sprouts. Can I plant these? Maybe in a pot indoors? We’re on air-conditioning already part of the day here – in Talent, Oregon.

you could plant it in a pot, they would also gro great outdoors. simply put the in the dirt with just the green sticking out and give them water. but if you want to plant them outside you have to do it in the fall. they will spread and come back every year
