Q.Garlic Bulbils

Anonymous added on March 31, 2014 | Answered

I planted the little garlic bulbils from the seed pod of a scape and they are all up (very fine thin green stems). Do I leave them unlifted in the garden to come up again next year, or do I dig them (they will be very hard to find without the green stem) in September?

It should remain in the ground until the following spring. This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/garlic/when-to-harvest-garlic.htm
