Garlic

My garlic leaves (planted cloves in October, 2015 before ground froze)are almost 90% Brown now. What do I do with a ‘white bulb type fruit or something’ which has appeared at the top of the plant and what do we call it? Kindly Respond! Thanks! Inder

These are the Bulbils of the garlic plants.
