Gardenias

The leaves on our plants that were planted last fall are turning yellow. We replaced one this spring and some of its leaves are turning yellow. We water and fertilize but doesn’t seem to help. We have huge ones in the backyard we planted 7 years ago and they are fine. They are in bloom right now and no yellow leaves. What could be the problem?

Yellow leaves normally signal that the plant is under some type of stress. In order to remedy the problem, you must first try to pinpoint the issue.
